Yes. We coordinate with your builder and designers from drawings through to handover, with a dedicated project manager on site.

Price is set by the number of rooms, the systems you want and the platform. A lighting-control-only home and a whole-home Savant system with cinema and security are very different scopes. After a design consult we give you a few options at different price points, each a fixed lump sum, so you can choose what suits.

Yes. Quotes are a fixed lump sum for the scope shown. Anything added later is quoted as a variation before we do it.

Yes, if it's planned for. We cable for the full system during the build and fit off what you want now. Adding rooms or systems later is then a fit-off job, not a rewire.

No. Showroom walkthroughs are free and by appointment.

Savant suits whole-home control with AV, security and climate in one app. C-Bus, SpaceLogic and Dynalite suit lighting-led projects. Fibaro suits wireless upgrades. We'll recommend one after seeing your plans.

Yes. Lighting, climate, cameras, alarm, intercom and music from one app, plus the Savant remote and wall touch panels.

Yes. Keypads stay on the wall so guests and family never need the app to turn on a light. The app and remote add to them.

Everything inside the house keeps working on the local network. Remote access from outside the home returns when the connection does.

Yes. Voice control is available across Savant and the lighting platforms we install.

Yes. CoolAutomation connects ducted and split systems so every zone can be set, scheduled and built into scenes.

Yes. We plan every fitting, circuit and scene from your floor plan before construction, inside and out, including façade, garden, stair and pool lighting.

C-Bus and Dynalite are wired lighting control systems for new builds and major renovations. Fibaro is wireless, so it suits homes where you don't want to open the walls.

Yes. Façade, garden and pool lighting can come on at sunset and step down through the night on their own.

Dahua and Hikvision professional-grade cameras, viewable on your phone and Savant panels.

Yes. Aiphone, Hikvision and Dahua IP intercoms forward calls to your phone so you can see, talk to and let in visitors from anywhere.

Yes. When it's integrated, the alarm can turn on external lights, and arming can be part of a Goodnight or Away scene.

Yes. We service and take over C-Bus, Dynalite and Savant systems regularly, including ones where the programming file was never handed over.

Often, yes. Wireless options like Fibaro and Ajax go behind existing switch plates and on existing walls. See our Upgrades page for wired and wireless options.
