What we collect

When you fill in a form, call, email or book a visit, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or site address, and details about your home, project or system. If you apply for a job, we also collect what you include in your application.

Why we collect it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, quote, book and carry out work, support your system after handover, manage a care plan, and keep records we are required to keep as a licensed electrical and security contractor. We may contact you about your system or work we have done for you. We don't sell your details, and we don't send marketing you haven't asked for.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the business, including our CRM and website forms (GoHighLevel), job management (SimPro) and email (Microsoft 365). They hold your details on our behalf. We may also share details with suppliers or manufacturers when needed to deliver or warranty your system, or where the law requires it.

Cookies and website data

Our website forms and fonts are provided by third parties that may set cookies or log basic technical information such as your browser and IP address. The forms ask for your consent where cookies are used.

Keeping it safe

We keep your details in secured, access-controlled systems and only for as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@beachsidees.com.au or calling 0485 019 800. We will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
