Intercom faults are usually power, cabling or network, in that order.
We check the power supply and the cable between the door station and the house first, then the network and app settings. A call that won't reach your phone is often a network or app setting rather than a faulty intercom.
Where the existing cable can't carry a current IP intercom, we'll tell you plainly and give you options, including keeping your existing cabling where it's sound.

Common questions
Can my intercom ring my mobile?
Yes, with an IP intercom from Aiphone, Hikvision or Dahua. Calls come to your phone with video so you can see, talk to and let in visitors from anywhere.
Can you replace an old intercom without new cabling?
Often, yes. Many IP intercoms can run over existing two-wire cabling with the right adaptor. We'll check what you have.
Can the intercom open my gate?
Yes. We connect the gate or door release so you can open it from the indoor screen, your phone or Savant.
My intercom stopped ringing my phone after I changed phones. Why?
The app needs to be set up again on the new phone and its notifications allowed. We'll sort it and check the network side too.
