A Dynalite fault is usually communications, a load or driver issue, or programming.
We start with the DyNet network, because a single loose termination or damaged cable can make a whole floor behave strangely. Then we check the loads and drivers on any circuit that flickers, and only then look at the programming.

Common questions
Can you reprogram a Dynalite system someone else installed?
Yes. We read back the existing programming, document it and make the changes you need. If the files are missing, we rebuild them.
Why do some of my Dynalite lights flicker?
Usually the LED driver or fitting doesn't suit the dimming type on that channel. We test the load and correct the dimmer settings or driver.
Can I change what my keypad buttons do?
Yes. Scenes, button labels and schedules can all be changed. We'll also engrave new keypad labels if the buttons change.
Can Dynalite be controlled from my phone?
Yes, through Savant or a Dynalite gateway. We'll recommend the right option for the size of your system.
Do you service commercial Dynalite systems?
Our focus is homes, but we'll take a look at small commercial sites on request.
