A waterfront home that looks after itself.
Savant runs the AV, music and home cinema, C-Bus handles lighting from the front door to the pool deck, and an Elk M1 looks after security. One app and a touch panel in each living area control the lot.
At dusk the house steps through its lighting on its own: facade, garden uplights, deck and pool, so it looks like this every evening without anyone touching a switch.

Touch panels and app control for AV, music and the cinema.
Dimming and switching for every interior, garden and pool circuit.
Dedicated room with projection screen and surround amplification.
Managed switching and patching built into the rack.
Alarm and security integrated with Savant, armed from the app or a touch panel.
One button to the movies.
A dedicated cinema room with projection screen, Anthem processing and Krix amplification. Select the cinema in Savant and the lights dim, the projector fires up and the right source comes on.
Two platforms. One clean install.
Savant, AV matrix switching, amplification and the network in one rack. Next to it, a two-tier C-Bus cabinet with every dimmer and relay channel labelled.
Savant and C-Bus talk to each other, so lighting scenes, AV and the cinema all run from the same app.
