A takeover starts with finding out exactly what you have.
We audit every system in the house, recover or rebuild the programming, and document every device, so you own the information about your own home. From then on, any electrician or integrator can see what's there, not just us.
Once it's documented, it's supported like one of our own installs, with the option of a care plan for monitoring, updates and health checks.

Will I get the programming files?
Yes. Every system we take over is documented and the files are handed to you.
What if the files can't be recovered?
We rebuild them from what's in the system. For C-Bus and Dynalite most of the programming can be read back from the devices.
Do I have to replace my existing gear?
No. We keep what's sound and only recommend replacing what has failed or is no longer supported.
Can you take over just one system, like the alarm?
Yes. We can take over a single system or the whole house.

It depends on how many systems and how much needs recovering. After the audit you get a few options at different price points.
