Allambie Heights
A family home that runs from one place.
Lighting, security, access and the network all controlled through one Savant system. Simple for the family to use day to day, with keypads that make sense to guests.
BSES designed the lighting control and system layout, installed and programmed every system, and set up the network the whole house runs on.

Touch panels and app control for lighting, security and the home's key systems.
Scene-based lighting control with engraved keypads in every room.
Intrusion detection and access control, integrated with Savant.
Structured cabling and Wi-Fi that every system relies on.
Four buttons. Labelled for how they live.
Every keypad is engraved with the scenes for that room. All On, Pelmet, Hall, All Off. No guessing which switch does what, and nobody needs the app to turn the lights off.
