Before replacing cameras or a panel, we find out why it's failing.
Are you upgrading because the system isn't working, or because you want better features out of it? That changes the answer. A failed hard drive or power supply is a repair. Cameras that can't see a face at the front door are an upgrade.
Security work in NSW needs a security licence. We hold a Security Master Licence and service Ness, Elk, Inner Range, Bosch, Ajax and Gallagher alarms, and Dahua and Hikvision cameras.

Which alarm and camera brands do you service?
Ness, Elk, Inner Range, Bosch, Ajax and Gallagher alarms and access control, and Dahua and Hikvision cameras and recorders.
Can you reset a lost alarm master code?
Usually, yes. The process depends on the panel. We'll restore access and set new codes for your household.
Why is my alarm going off by itself?
Common causes are a failing detector, a low backup battery, a door contact out of line, or pets and moving objects in a detector's view. We find which zone and why.
Can I see my cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up the Dahua or Hikvision app, or bring the cameras into Savant so they show on your panels and phone.
Do you service systems you didn't install?
Yes. We audit what's there, repair it and document it so it can be supported from then on.
