North Curl Curl
Every system. One contractor.
A full renovation of a family home in North Curl Curl. Sandstone and cedar outside, brass and warm timber inside. The owners wanted good lighting, solid Wi-Fi, cameras, an intercom and an alarm, without managing five different trades to get there.
BSES did the complete job. Lighting, Clipsal Pixie lighting control, the UniFi network, Dahua CCTV and intercom and the Ness alarm were all installed, programmed and handed over by one team. One point of contact through the build, and one call if anything ever needs looking at.

Smart switches and dimmers with scenes and schedules, run from the wall or the app.
Wired data and Wi-Fi through the home, managed from one controller.
Cameras on the exterior and a video intercom at the front, both viewable on the phone.
Alarm system installed and programmed by BSES.
Bronze on sandstone.
Bronze up and down lights on the stone pier and the rendered walls frame the garage and entry after dark. Step lights set into the garden wall light the path to the front door. Bronze weathers down to match the stone instead of fighting it.
